Giuliana Rancic has an obvious no. 1 fan to get her through her struggle with breast cancer: her husband Bill Rancic. After the couple told Today show anchor Ann Curry that Giuliana will now have to undergo a double mastectomy, the E! News host's husband took to Twitter to thank fans for their support.
