Tori Spelling Hospitalized Following Migraine Complaint
Tori Spelling was hospitalized yesterday after taking to her Twitter page on Saturday and complaining to her followers of a severe migraine. Knowing firsthand how debilitating these headaches are, I can totally sympathize with what she went through. Migraines suck. Tori gave birth earlier this month to daughter Hattie, her third child with husband Dean McDermott. They already have a son, 4-year-old Liam, and daughter Stella is 3. McDermott has a 13-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage to Mary Jo Eustace. The former 90210 star tweeted on Saturday: “Anyone else get horrendous migraines right after giving birth? Is it hormones?I’ve had one for a week now. Nothing is working “ According to reports, Tori still was not feeling any better on Sunday, so worried husband Dean rushed her to Tarzana Medical Center. Sadly, the paps were right there, snapping pics of her on the way to the hospital, visibly ill. 'Twilight' Fan-Favorite Moment #5: 'Eclipse' Tent Scene

With all the waiting and pining we've done for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1," it's hard to believe that it's only three weeks away!
Lucky for us — and our fellow "Twilight" fans — MTV News is making the wait a little less painful by celebrating the film's release month with tons of exciting exclusives, beginning with "MTV First: Breaking Dawn" Thursday at 7:56 p.m. ET, when Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner will bring us a clip from the movie and sit down for Q&A on MTV.com.
In the meantime, we asked "Twilight" fans to vote for their top five favorite "Twilight Saga" moments, and we're happy to announce the fifth favorite clip: Edward and Jacob's tent scene from "Eclipse."
In this delightfully entertaining scene, Edward (Pattinson) has to suck up his dislike for Jacob (Lautner) and let the werewolf snuggle with Bella (Stewart) in a sleeping bag in order to prevent her from freezing to death. It is a magical moment during which the two rivals share a few words of friendly banter and almost admiration, including the following quotes: "I'm hotter than you," "Can you at least attempt to control your thoughts?" and "If we weren't natural enemies, and you weren't trying to steal my reason for existing, I might actually like you."
In addition to re-watching that scene, there's a great behind-the-scenes interview on the "Eclipse" DVD that features Pattinson and Stewart providing a hilarious bit of commentary about that scene.
"God, he's so gross. So brazen!" Pattinson says in the clip. "I really don't like Jacob."
"Aww," Stewart says.
"Look at him and his tattoo and stuff. Ugh," Pattinson scoffs.
"He's just young and overzealous," Stewart adds, in defense of the young wolf.
"He's not!" Pattinson insists. "He does it on purpose. He's looking at me when he's saying this stuff."

We first caught glimpse of her when she starred in the 1986 film, Lucas, and it was in her next film, Beetlejuice, where she burst onto the scene. She would go on to star in many of my favorite movies, including Edward Scissorhands, Mermaids, Reality Bites, Little Women and Girl, Interrupted. We can’t talk about Winona without mentioning her little shoplifting jaunt back in 2001. Remember those ‘Free Winona’ T-shirts? Heh. Lady Gaga 'Marries The Night' In India
Singer performs her latest Born This Way track, reveals video details in India.

Back in April, Lady Gaga and the world of Indian pop culture kicked off their love affair when Indian composers Salim-Sulaiman produced a remix of Gaga's smash "Born This Way." And Gaga kept the fire burning during a recent trek to the country.
On Sunday night at a Formula One afterparty in Greater Noida, Gaga performed a Bollywood version of her Born This Way single "Marry the Night," according to Aceshowbiz.com.
"I feel like I've waited a long time to come here. And I feel very grateful," she told the excited crowd at the party. "For the first time ever, I'm going to sing 'Marry the Night.' "
Gaga sat at a piano and played a slowed-down version of the song, accompanied by a sitar. Before the show, in a chat with NDTV in New Delhi, Gaga described it as "a performance that is unique and specific just for India."
In addition to performing the song live for the first time, she had another treat for her Indian fans, revealing for the first time some new details about her video for "Marry the Night."
"Well, I can share exclusively with you that I directed this video myself. So this is my first directorial debut," she told NDTV. Until now, she has co-directed with her Haus of Gaga and her creative director Laurieann Gibson.
"But it has been a wonderful experience. I worked alongside director of photography Darius Khondji, who is an absolutely amazing DP, and I worked with Gideon Ponte, who is an incredible art director," she explained. "So I'm looking forward to sharing this autobiographical video with the world. I'm very excited. It's my favorite song on the album."
As for what's next for Gaga and India, she tweeted out several photos of herself around town, with the message, "Screw Hollywood. It's all about Bollywood."
During her interview, she shared that she hasn't ruled out some Bollywood-themed projects, explaining, "There's nothing in the works right now, but I love the culture here and I love Bollywood so who knows?"
