Michelle Williams clutched her best actress in a musical or comedy Golden Globe for My Week With Marilyn en route to the Weinstein Company's after party last night. She posed on the carpet withouth her best friend and date, Busy Philipps. The girls met up inside, though, and Busy later tweeted her happiness for Michelle. Busy wrote, "That was genuinely one of the most fun nights ever. So incredibly proud of my best friend!" Harvey Weinstein got shout-outs in mutiple acceptance speeches last night, being alternatively referred to as "the punisher," or in a memorable quip from Meryl Streep, as "god." Meryl was another winner who turned out for the company's event. She took home the best actress in a drama honor for The Iron Lady.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who's a close friend of Harvey's, caught up with his wife, Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman. Jason Statham, Rosie's boyfriend, was also there to share champagne with guys like Rob Lowe, Alexander Skarsgard, and Gerard Butler. Lots of stars and friends-of-the-famous rolled through their bash, including Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, and a housewife of Beverly Hills.
